The Limona Group is proud to be the first builder in B.C. to introduce these energy saving and environmentally friendly programs in their new homes at "Turnstone". After years of research in many climatic conditions these programs were developed to ensure the home owner saves money on utilities while lessening the impact on the environment without sacrificing comfort. The techniques and products being incorporated by the Limona Group include : low E, argon filled "Smart Glass" windows, extra insulation, direct vent high-efficiency natural gas fireplaces and hot water tanks ( a super efficient tankless hot water system is optional) and much more. In addition the homes are pressure air exchange tested for efficiency by an independent consultant. These technologies are anticipated to save the owners up to 20% in utility costs.
